What happens if I move out of state?

We are only authorized to offer auto insurance in TX at this time, if you move out of TX you have to get another insurer.

What happens if a policy is cancelled?

In general, you will have a 15-day period (unless Sigo Seguros initiated the cancellation) to reinstate your policy. After that, you can issue a new policy. Important, if the policy has been cancelled, during that period you will be without coverage so accidents will not be covered. Policies can be reinstated (i.e., reactivated within 15 days) or rewritten (new policy after 15 days) subject to Sigo Seguros approval.

How do I file a claim?

You can start a claim by calling (877) 476-7446 and selecting option 1. The claims department operates 24/7 for first notice of loss (reporting a claim).
